Chat messages: Messages you send to the CBT coaching feature

How We Use Your Information

Personalize your challenges based on your fears and progress
Provide AI-powered CBT coaching responses

Process subscriptions and payments (via RevenueCat)

🤖 AI Processing Disclosure: When you use our CBT coaching feature, your messages are sent to OpenAI's API to generate supportive responses. OpenAI processes this data according to their API data usage policy. We do not send your name or identifying information to OpenAI—only the content of your coaching conversations.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption:

Account data and progress are stored on Cloudflare's global edge network
All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
We do not sell your personal information to third parties
